We were founded June 11th 2009 and our founder, Brian, is located in North Carolina.
Our mission is to deliver content to our viewers in hopes of making them LOL.
Our domain name was conceived in this process:
- We will be hosting funny content
- Generate a domain name using real words designed to sound like a related word when pronounced.
- Some people may call our content/site retarded
- Decided to use the word “retarded” as the starting point for the name
- Replaced “re” with “we”
- Kept “tar”
- Replaced “ded” with “did”
- End result: WeTarDid
Maybe we should have used “Genious”?
